Are classes live or pre-recorded?

Every Metaplay Academy session is 100% live, delivered by expert educators in real time. There are no pre-recorded, self-paced lectures. Interaction, energy, and real-time feedback are at the core of everything we do.

How many students are in each session?

We maintain a strict maximum of 8 students per live session. This isn't just a policy — it's a promise. Every child gets seen, heard, and challenged. You cannot have a truly personalised experience in a 30-student classroom.

What devices do we need?

Sessions run on any device with a camera and a stable internet connection — laptop, tablet, or desktop. We'll send you a detailed setup guide 24 hours before your first session so everything runs smoothly from minute one.

Can my child try before committing to a program?

Absolutely — and we insist on it. We offer a completely free trial session with no payment and no commitment required. We want your child to experience what we do before you make any decision. If they're not excited after the trial, we haven't done our job.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a full refund within 7 days of program start if your child is not completely satisfied. No questions asked, no paperwork. We believe in the quality of our programs and stand behind every rupee you invest with us.

How do I reschedule a session?

Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance through your student portal or by messaging our support team on WhatsApp. We understand life is unpredictable — we are flexible and will always try to accommodate you.

How do I contact support?

Reach us on WhatsApp, by email, or through the Contact page. Our team responds within 2 hours during business hours (9am–8pm IST, Monday to Saturday). For urgent matters, WhatsApp is always fastest.

How are your educators selected?

Every educator goes through a rigorous 4-stage process: subject knowledge assessment, live trial teaching, student feedback evaluation, and a values alignment interview. We accept fewer than 10% of applicants. The bar is high — because your child deserves the best.

Can I request a specific teacher?

Yes. After your trial session, you can request to continue with that educator for your full program. Subject to availability, we do everything we can to honour these requests — we know the student-teacher relationship matters enormously.
